HEADLIGHTS DO NOT PROVIDE SUFFICIENT ILLUMINATION, BRAKE LIGHT SWITCHES WERE OMITTED AND BRAKE LIGHTS ARE INADEQUATE. ALSO, REAR AND SIDE REFLECTOR PLATES ARE OF INSUFFICIENT SIZE.
