The defect: Alloy Custom Products LLC (Alloy) is recalling certain 2023-2025 cryogenic tank trailers. The suspension tower may have been improperly welded.
The risk: The welds can fail, causing the axle to detach and increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Alloy will inspect and repair the welds as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 15, 2025. Owners may contact Alloy's customer service at 1-765-564-6032.

Safety recall

Manufacturer communication
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
