WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH CONSUMER ENTERED AN INTERSECTION. WHILE CROSSING THE INTERSECTION, ANOTHER VEHICLE RAN A STOP SIGN, CAUSING THE CONSUMER TO COLLIDE WITH THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE OF THE OTHER VEHICLE. THE OTHER VEHICLE WAS CITED FOR FAILURE TO HEED A STOP SIGN. SEAT BELTS WERE WORN, BUT THE FRONTAL AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. CONSUMER AND PASSENGER SUSTAINED BACK AND NECK INJURIES. *AK
