2006 Alfa See Ya Problems

Owner-reported complaints filed with NHTSA, grouped by component

Data refreshed

Owner complaintsComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOWS ON MY ALFA MOTOR HOME HAVE FOGGED UP AND ARE DIFFICULT TO SEE THROUGH ESPECIALLY THE ONE WHICH I LOOK THROUGH TO SEE MY DRIVERS MIRROR. THERE WAS NO INCIDENT INVOLVING THIS BUT MY COACH IS ONLY TWO YEARS OLD AND THE COMPANY SI-GI TELLS ME THEY DO NOT CONSIDER THIS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW IT COULD NOT BE A MANUFACTURING DEFECT. *TR

DRIVER WINDOW HAS LEAKS BETWEEN PANES OF GLASS THAT CAUSES FOGGING AND THE DRIVER SIDE MIRROR IS NOT VISIBLE THROUGH THE WINDOW. I HAVE REPLACED THE WINDOW TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE THE RV ALTHOUGH THE VEHICLE IS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD. EVEN THOUGH THAT I CAN ONLY REPORT THIS MOTORHOME, I KNOW OF SEVERAL OTHERS THAT HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. *TR

Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
