The defect: VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTOR HOMES. THESE MOTOR HOMES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 120, "TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS." THESE VEHICLES WERE ASSIGNED AN INADEQUATE FRONT AXLE WEIGHT RATING (FAWR). THESE MOTOR HOMES HAVE INADEQUATE TIRES AND RIMS.
The risk: THIS COULD CAUSE PREMATURE FRONT TIRE TREAD WEAR OR TIRE FAILURE DURING NORMAL DRIVING, LEADING TO A LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
The remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE FRONT TIRES AND RIMS. FEDERAL TIRE LABELS WILL ALSO BE REPLACED. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN MARCH 19, 2001. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT COUNTRY COACH AT 1-800-452-8015.

THE SIGNAL LIGHTS ON MOST MAKES HAVE THE LIGHT BULB NEXT TO THE HEADLIGHT AND ARE HARD TO SEE THEY SHOULD BE FARTHER APART.ON THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLES..THE HEAD LIGHTS ON 2016VEHICLES ARE ON THE SIDE AND ARE A HAZARD CANT SEE IN FRONT

TL*- THE CONTACT STATED ALL THE WINDOWS AROUND THE MOTOR HOME WERE SNAKING WHICH MEANS THAT THE RUBBER SEAL WAS COMING OUT OF ALL OF THEM. THIS FAILURE HAMPERS VISIBILITY. WHEN DRIVING THEY HAVE REPLACE SOME OF THE WINDOWS. THEY BELONG TO A CLUB WHICH HAS A WEBSITE AND THEY ALL COMPARE NOTES THAT THIS IS A COMMON ISSUE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE BOTH 70,000.
