The contact owns a 2009 Audi A4. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the brake pedal was depressed and went to the floorboard. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was diagnosed by an independent mechanic. The contact was informed that the master cylinder reservoir cap was cracked and had deteriorated and needed to be replaced.
