The defect: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2025-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. The winter front cover may interfere with the forward collision warning (FCW) system.
The risk: Interference may cause the FCW system to fail, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Autocar will replace the cover, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 29, 2026. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar's number for this recall is ACX-2602.

ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC)

The defect: Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2023-2026 ACX (Xpeditor) vehicles. Contact with the drive line yoke may damage the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) unit.
The risk: A damaged ESC unit may malfunction, disabling the electronic stability control and increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Autocar will relocate the ESC unit, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were be mailed March 27, 2026. Another notice will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated May 2026. Owners may contact Autocar customer service at 1-888-218-3611. Autocar's number for this recall is ACX-2601.

The risk: The tie rod clamp can separate from the vehicle, resulting in a loss of steering control and increasing the risk of a crash.

The risk: An inoperative radar increases the risk of a crash.
