TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BMW 535I GRAN TURISMO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PANORAMIC SUN ROOF SHADE FAILED TO RETRACT WHEN OPENED. THE SHADE HUNG DOWN AND OBSTRUCTED THE CONTACT'S VIEW WHEN LOOKING THROUGH THE REARVIEW MIRROR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 117,000.
