THIS IS A GENERAL COMPLAINT RE. THE NEW "HIGH TEMPERATURE" ULTRA BRIGHT/BLUE HEADLIGHTS. EVEN ON LOW BEAM THESE ARE BLINDING TO ONCOMING DRIVERS. WHY HAVE THESE BEEN LICENSED/PERMITTED FOR USE??*AK
