THE REAR CENTER SEAT BELT ANCHOR HAS COME OFF. THE CONSUMER MADE CONTACT WITH THE MANUFACTURER, WHO ADVISED THE CONSUMER THAT HIS VEHICLE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SEAT BELT RECALL 98V306000. *NM THE CONSUMER STATED THIS RECALL DESCRIBED HIS SITUATION EXACTLY . *BF *NM
WHILE DRIVING WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ENGAGED, THE VEHICLE STARTED STEERING ITSELF. WHEN THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED, THE ABS LOCKED UP. THE CONSUMER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND IMPACTED A GUARD RAIL. *AK THE VEHICLE SPUN AROUND AND BACKED INTO THE GUARD RAIL. THE VEHICLE THEN TURNED AROUND AND FACED THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE AIR BAG(S) DID NOT DEPLOY AND THE SEAT BELTS DID NOT RESTRAIN THE CONSUMER. *SCC *JB
THE SEAT BELT RETRACTOR SPRING MALFUNCTIONED, THE DEALER STATED THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. *JB
BUCKLES DO NOT LOCK PROPERLY WHICH AFFECTS REAR AND FRONT PASSENGER SEATS. DEALER ALREDY CONTACTED.*AK *YH
AIR BAG DEPLOYED WITH CAR SITTING STILL JUST STARTING ENGINE. INJURED RIGHT SHOULDER. *AK
VEHICLE SEAT BELT CONTINUALLY NEEDS REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR, UNABLE TO REMEDY FAILURES.
DRIVER'S SIDE LAP AND SHOULDER BELT DOES NOT RETRACT INTO THE HOUSING MECHANISM, CAUSE UNKNOWN. DEALER HAS REPLACED THE SEAT BELTS SEVEN TIMES WITH NO CORECTION TO THE PROBLEM. PLEASE GIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
