TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 C&B QUALITY TRAILER WORKS HORSE TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRAILER WAS SPECIALLY DESIGNED WITH THREE WHEELS ON EACH SIDE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE CENTER PASSENGER SIDE WHEEL DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWO TIMES. THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE AXLE WAS INSTALLED IN AN INCORRECT LOCATION AND NEEDED TO BE ADJUSTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1,500.
