TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHANGZHOU NANXIASHU (N/A). THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ASSEMBLING THE TRAILER, HE NOTICED THAT THE HUBS WERE MADE OF TWO PIECES OF WELDED METAL INSTEAD OF CAST STEEL OR CAST IRON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE COULD POSSIBLY RESULT IN VIOLENT VIBRATIONS IF DRIVEN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 0.
