The risk: VEHICLES WITH MISSING OR OBSTRUCTED CENTER HIGH MOUNTREAR STOP LIGHTS DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 108; AND MOTORISTS FOLLOWING THEVEHICLE WOULD NOT RECEIVE APPROPRIATE WARNING OF A STOP OR SLOW DOWN, WHICHCOULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy: REMOVE REAR WINDOW TINTING OR INSTALL MISSING CENTER HIGH MOUNT STOP LAMP.
