PURCHASED 4.APEX 289TBSS, A COACHMEN/FOREST RIVER PRODUCT, NEW IN 29.2017 FOR $32,233 WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY. NOTICED TIRES NOT 'TRACKING' CORRECTLY'NOTIFIED COLRAIN RV (DEALER) 2017/2018: INFORMED THAT WERE INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN, REPLACED. 2019/2020: CAMPER STILL NOT TRACKING CORRECTLY, UNEVEN TIRE WEAR, NOTIFIED COLRAIN AND MANUFACTURER. AXLES REPLACED WITH AXLES FROM ANOTHER CAMPER ON THE LOT UNTIL LARGER AXLES ARE DELIVERED. SUMMER 2020: LARGER AXLES AND NEW TIRES INSTALLED. NOVEMBER 17, 2020: CAMPER BACK TO COLRAIN FOR MINOR REPAIRS (INTERIOR LINOLEUM, SLIDE SPRING GUIDE). FEBRUARY 8, 2021: INFORMED WORK HAD BEEN DONE AND OK TO PICK UP. WENT TO COLRAIN TO PICK UP THE CAMPER AND UPON INSPECTION, THE WORK WAS NOT DONE. KELLEY (SERVICE ADVISOR), MARK BUCHS AWARE, APOLOGIZED AND RESCHEDULED PICK UP. MARCH 12, 2021: PICKED UP CAMPER MARCH 19, 2021: WENT TO LIBER STATE PARK WITH CAMPER MARCH 21, 2021: TIRE BLEW ON I70E ON WAY HOME. NOTICED THE SPRINGS WERE NOT CORRECT. MARCH 22, 2021: EMAILED COLRAIN MANAGEMENT AND APEX WITH PHOTOS AND WHAT HAPPENED. MARCH 25, 2021: SPOKE WITH BEN KRUIP AT APEX'HE STATED THAT THE LEAF SPRINGS ARE LIKELY THE WRONG SIZE. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE COLRAIN PICK UP CAMPER. MARCH 29, 2021: MARK BUCHS FROM COLRAIN PICKED UP CAMPER. I REQUESTED A MEETING THIS WEEK WITH GMS, SERVICE, AND APEX TO DISCUSS OPTIONS.
