I WANTED TO REGISTER MY TIRES IN CASE OF A RECALL BUT THE VEHICLE DEALER DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT TIRE REGISTRATION WHEN I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE NEW.
