2017 Coachmen Prism Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

THE FUEL GOT LOW AND ALL OF A SUDDEN ALL THESE LIGHTS WENT ON THE DASH. RE-FUELED AND THEY STILL DIDN'T GO OUT. VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION. AFTER REFUELING, I PUT IN DRIVE AND IT REVD UP ALL BY ITSELF AND AS I PUT ON BRAKES, IT WAS GRINDING LIKE SAND IN THEM. I PULLED OVER AND SHUT OFF ENGINE. TURNED BACK ON AND IT WAS FINE BUT LIGHTS STILL ON. THE RIGHT REAR SPEED SENSOR WAS SHOWING OUT WHICH MAKES IT REV UP AND SLOW DOWN. HAPPENED 3 TIMES ON HIGHWAY AND IN PARKING LOT. I FEEL THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL ITEM OR UNDER WARRANTY FOR REPAIR AS IT ONLY HAS 5500 MILES ON IT.
