2009 Country Coach Allure Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASING MY NEW 2009 COUNTRY COACH AFFINITY MOTORHOME, MY SE-GI BRAND DRIVERS SIDE DUAL PANE COCKPIT WINDOW DEVELOPED MOISTURE BETWEEN THE PANES THEREFORE RESTRICTING AND IMPAIRING MY VISIBILITY WHILE DRIVING. I PHONED SE-GI AND THEY SAID SINCE COUNTRY COACH WAS IN BANKRUPTCY THEY WERE GOING TO BE SELECTIVE AND NOT WARRANTY MY WINDOW. I PAID $737.00 TO HAVE A NEW WIDOW INSTALLED AND THEN I LOCATED A SE-GI WARRANTY CARD IN MY OWNERS MANUAL THAT CLEARLY STATES I HAVE A 3 YEAR WARRANTY. *TR
