TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 COUNTRY COACH INTRIGUE (NA). WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH IN DRY CONDITIONS, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT. THE TIRE BLEW WITH SUCH FORCE THAT IT SHATTERED THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW AND THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE GUARD RAIL. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THE REAR TIRES HAVE BEEN REPLACED DUE TO RECALL NUMBER 06V262000 (TIRES). THE TIRES ARE TOYO M10 Z, SIZE 275/70R 22.5. THE ENGINE SIZE WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 52,000.
