TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 CRUISER SHADOW CRUISER TRAVEL TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DIAMOND DECK OF THE VEHICLE WAS LOSING ITS BOLTS. THE DIAMOND DECK WAS REPAIRED ON MAY 24, 2018. ON JULY 6, 2018, WHEN PROCESSING THE TRAILER'S SAFETY CHECK, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE REAR TIRES WERE FACING OUTWARD AND THE STEEL RIMS WERE FULLY EXPOSED WITH NO RUBBER LEFT ON THE RIMS. THE CONTACT TOOK THE TRAILER TO FLAGG RV (66 W BOYLSTON ST, WEST BOYLSTON, MA 01583, 800-678-9278) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE AXLE FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND THE TIRES WERE REPLACED. ON JUNE 28, 2019, THE VEHICLE ONCE AGAIN EXPERIENCED AXLE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT FLAGG RV WHERE THEY DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE WITH HAVING AN ABNORMAL ARCH. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AGAIN, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. ON AUGUST 12, 2019, BOTH FRONT AND REAR AXLES WERE REPLACED WITH OVERSIZED TUBES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE VARIOUS FAILURES.
