TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD MUSTANG. THE TOW DOLLY WAS MADE BY CROFT TRAILER, MODEL# CG85OT, AND SERIAL#15DF101W92AA04466. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO PLACE THE VEHICLE ON TOP OF THE TOW DOLLY A DISPLACED METAL PIECE BROKE THE HOOD LATCH ON THE BUMPER OF THE VEHICLE. HE STATED THAT THE METAL PIECE DID NOT BELONG THERE AND THE MALFUNCTION CAUSED $1000 WORTH OF DAMAGE. THE DEALER ADVISED HER TO CONTACT HER INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ASSISTANCE. SHE FILED CLAIM#[XXX] 1-800-677-1412-[XXX] WITH THE LIABILITY DEPARTMENT. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE UNAVAILABLE.
