A FATIGUE CRACK IN THE BOILER TUBE OF OUR DOMETIC REFRIGERATOR IN OUR 2002 CEDAR CREEK 5TH WHEEL CAMPER. RESULTED IN A YELLOW RESIDUE LEAKING AT THE BACK OF THE REFRIGERATOR RUNNING DOWN OUR CAMPER, THE SMELL OF AMMONIA AND THE REFRIGERATOR WAS NO LONGER COOLING, ALL FOOD WAS SPOILED INSIDE WHEN WE CAME UP FOR THE WEEKEND. FRIG NEEDED TO BE TAKEN OUT TO BE REPAIRED. KINGS CAMPERS CAME TO GET IT AND BROUGHT IT BACK A FEW WEEKS LATER. THEY CONTRACTED IT OUT TO BE FIXED. WE HAVE RECALL PAPERS BUT DOMETIC WON'T HONOR THEM AND KINGS CAMPERS IS CHARGING US $791.25. *TR

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
