The contact owns a 2024 Delco trailer. The contact stated that the partition pin had failed. The pin and the handle impaled one of the two horses in the trailer. The local dealer was contacted, but the trailer was not diagnosed or repaired. The horse sustained injuries to her body. The horse was split from her navel downward to her hind legs, and her right abductor was severed. had an infection, and medical attention was provided. The manufacturer was contacted, who opened a case and offered assistance with the medical bills. The failure mileage was unknown.
