OWNER STATES THAT HE HAS PROBLEMS WITH HIS DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT WHERE IT LATCHS, HE ALSO NOTES THAT SEAT BELT DID NOT HOLD WHEN HE WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. HE RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THIS PROBLEM A YEAR LATER. *AK
