I THEN EXPLAINED THAT THE PART HAS ALREADY FAILED AND THAT THIS CAR IS THE ONLY CAR THAT I HAVE TO GET TO AND FROM WORK, TO DROP MY WIFE OFF AT WORK, AND TO MAKE SURE MY DAUGHTER GETS WHERE SHE NEEDS TO GO. I TOLD THEM THAT I HAVE NO OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION AND MY CAR CURRENTLY WON'T RUN BECAUSE OF THE SAFETY RECALL THAT I WAS TRYING TO GET FIXED. PERKINS MOTORS IN COLORADO SPRINGS TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND TOLD ME TO TAKE MY CAR WITH ME WHICH I HAD TOWED THERE. I BOUGHT THIS CAR NEW IN 2013. FEW MONTHS AFTER, THE FIRST ISSUE APPEARED, IT SHIFTS TO NEUTRAL WHILE I AM DRIVING. IT HAS PUT ME IN VERY DANGEROUS SITUATIONS MANY TIMES. I GOT A RECALL, AND FIXED. AFTER A WHILE ANOTHER ISSUE POPPED UP, THE SHIFT LEVER CAN BE MOVED TO D BUT THE TRANSMISSION STAYED IN P. AGAIN MANY TIMES I GOT STUCK IN THE ROAD, IN BAD SITUATION. I HAD TO CHECK WITH A MECHANIC AND SPEND AROUND $500 TO REPLACE THE SHIFT CABLE. THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED FOR FEW WEEKS, AND APPEARED AGAIN. AND THEN THE SECOND RECALL CAME. I TOOK MY CAR TO THE DEALER (SAFFORD SPRINGFIELD VA) AND GOT FIXED, BUT FOR 2 DAYS ONLY, AND THE PROBLEM HAS WORSEN. I CALLED THE DEALER TO BRING THE CAR TO BE CHECKED. I WAS TOLD THE SHIFT CABLE IS OK. BUT WHY IT HAS WORSEN AFTER THE SHIFT CABLE WAS "FIXED". AFTER 2 DAYS "SERVICE TRANSMISSION" POPPED UP. I DROVE MY CAR TO THE SAME DEALER AND AFTER ONE HOUR I GOT CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT MY CAR NEEDS TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT FOR $8500. IT IS NIGHTMARE I HAD WITH THIS JUNK. THE TRANSMISSION IS VERY BAD SINCE THE FIRST DAY. I NEED TO AN EXPLANATION AND A SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE. IF I DON'T HEAR FROM YOU I WILL RISE THIS ISSUE TO THE COURT.
