BOTH DEFECTIVE REAR FIRESTONE TIRES LOST THERE TREAD WHILE DRIVING, BOTH INCIDENTS CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE VAN (FIRESTONE FR721, 235/75R15). NLM
BOTH LEFT FRONT SEAT AND RIGHT FRONT SEAT BELT BOLT IS MISSING WHERE THE FEMALE PART IS TO BE BOLTED TO THE SEAT PEDISTAL.
