TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DUCATI ST3 MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS HAVING REPAIRS PERFORMED ON THE FUEL AND COMPUTER SYSTEMS. THE FAILURE PERSISTED AND THE DEALER COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF A CRASH IF THE FAILURE WERE TO OCCUR UNEXPECTEDLY. THE CONTACT DID NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THE VEHICLE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NINE.
