The defect: ON CERTAIN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES BUILT WITH FRONT CAMPER MOUNT ASSEMBLY REVISIONS B OR C, WELDS ON THE FRONT CAMPER MOUNTS CAN DEVELOP CRACKS.
The risk: THIS OVERSTRESS CONDITION COULD LEAD TO A FAILURE OF THE CAMPER MOUNTING SYSTEM, WHICH COULD RESULT IN A CRASH.
The remedy: EARTHROAMER WILL INSPECT AND REPLACE THE FRONT CAMPER MOUNT. THE RECALL BEGAN ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2006. OWNERS MAY CONTACT EARTHROAMER AT [email protected] OR CALL BILL ON 303-881-4498; MICHELE AT 202-887-8261; OR MATT ON 303-929-1306.
