TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 ECLIPSE STELLAR N/A BEING HAULED BY A 2011 FORD F-250. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AXLE BECAME FRACTURED PREMATURELY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEEL THAT WAS BEING USED IN THE FRAME MATERIAL WAS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR THE WEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER MADE A STATEMENT THAT THE STEEL WAS INFERIOR AND TOO LIGHT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS UNABLE TO BE REACHED.
