What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2013 Ez Loader Boat Trailer, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

THIS IS A COMPLAINT DUE TO A RECENT LETTER I RECEIVED FROM CARLISLE TRANSPORTATION PRODUCTS INC. REGARDING A RECALL ON DEFECTIVE WHEELS ON MY TRAILER (SAFETY RECALL# 13E-059) WHICH I CONTACTED CARLISLE INC. ON MARCH 12TH, 2014 TO START MY CLAIM. ON MARCH 31ST, 2014 I FINALLY RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT A WARRANTY ORDER HAD BEEN PLACED (#20436381) AND THE WHEELS WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT AND REPLACED AT NO COST TO MYSELF. AFTER SEVERAL E-MAILS TO CARLISLE INC. AND LAST CORRESPONDENCE WAS ON APRIL 18TH, 2014 I STILL DON'T KNOW IF THESE WHEELS ARE EVER GOING TO BE REPLACED AS STATED BY CARLISLE INC. TO PROTECT THE SAFETY OF EVERY PERSON ON THE HIGHWAY??? *TR
