WE HAD NOTE A BIG CUT IN THE VINYL FLOOR. SO WE DECIDED TO REMOVED FOR REPAIR, BECAUSE IT'S NOT COVER BY THE GARANTY, BUT THE DEALER SAID THAT THERE'S A LOT OF PROBLEM THIS YEAR WITH THE FLOOR. (SO THERE'S CLEARLY A PROBLEM WITH THE FLOOR) THEN WE REALIZED THAT THE WHOLE FRONT FLOOR WAS BLACK. WE LOOK AT THE ROOF AND THERE IS SOFT, THERE'S BEEN A MAJOR INFILTRATION OR LEAK OF WATER, BUT IT'S NOT APPARENT IN THE INTERIOR, THAT MAKE A BUMP IN THE FIBERGLASS IN THE EXTERIOR. THE SELLER TOLD US THAT'S ALWAYS THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE TOP FRONT JOINT. WE HAVE FOUND SEVERAL OTHER CASES LIKE OURS FOR THE SAME PRODUCT AND THE SAME PROBLEM. WE ARE SURE THAT IT'S A MAUFACTURING DEFECT, AND WE WANT TO DO SOMETHING BECAUSE IT CAUSES A TOTAL LOSS OF THE VEHICLE. IT COST 9 500$ IF THE DEALER REPAIR. WE THINK THAT IT'S A MAJOR PROBLEM AND THAT CAN CAUSE ACCIDENT IF THE CUSTUMER DON'T REALIZE THAT THERE'S WATER INFILTRATION AND THE VR DETERIORATES TO THE POINT OF REACHING THE STRUCTURE. *TR
