2016 Fleetwood Expedition Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

THE WINDSCREEN WIPERS DO NOT COVER THE FURTHEST RIGHT SIDE (PASSENGER SIDE) FROM THE WINDSCREEN SO THAT THE RIGHT SIDED MIRROR IS NOT CLEAR FOR VIEWING TO THE RIGHT SIDE FROM THE VEHICLE. ESPECIALLY IN RAINY CIRCUMSTANCES AND WHEN THERE ARE FLIES AND BUGS ON THE SCREEN. USING THE WINDSCREEN WASHER MAKES IT EVEN WORSE BECAUSE THE WIPER IS DOING A POOR JOB. THE WIPER BLADES ARE ONCE REPLACED BY THE DEALER BUT IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. CONCLUSION: THE WIPER MOTOR'S OPERATING DEGREES (RANGE) IS NOT DESIGNED TO DO THE JOB RIGHT AND THE WIPER BLADES MIGHT BE TO SHORT OR THE WIPER MOTOR IS NOT AT THE RIGHT POSITION. THIS IS CAUSING VERY DANGEROUS SITUATIONS WHEN THE MOTORHOME IS IN MOTION IN TRAFFIC.
