TREAD SEPARATION HAS HAPPENED TO THREE OF THESE TIRES AT 20 - 25K MILES. ENTIRE TREAD FLEW OFF. TIRES WERE INFLATED TO 50 - 60 PSI. (DOT NUMBER: 0645014401 TIRESIZE: 215/85/16)
INSIDE LEFT DUEL FIRESTONE STEELTEX TIRE SEPARATED. TIRES WERE PURCHASED IN OCTOBER OF 1999. TIRES HAD 2700 MILES. SIZE LT215/85R16, DOT#W1OP65B158. COSNUMER WAS TRAVELING 60MPH WHEN TIRE BLEWOUT,CAUSING VEHICLE TO START WEAVING. *AK *SLC

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1991 FLEETWOOD JAMBOREE FIFTH WHEEL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HIS NORCOLD REFRIGERATOR (MODEL # 6062 AND SERIAL # 012171BRBRR1) SMELLS OF AMMONIA. THE REPAIR PERSON REFERENCED A RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT HIS MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBERS WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE NHTSA RECALL # WAS UNAVAILABLE. NO OTHER VEHICLE OR EQUIPMENT INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED.
