CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 55MPH ON HIGHWAY AND WIFE LOOKED OUT THROUGH WINDOW AND SAW RESIDUE FROM TIRE, THAT DAMAGED VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING, CONSUMER HAD CONTROL OF VEHICLE, AND WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER AND CHANGE THE TIRE. TRAVEL LOAD RANGE WAS D ST225 75D 15. *AK CONUSMER CONTACTED MANUFACTURER ABOUT THE TIRE AND DAMAGE TO VEHICLE AND WAS INFORMED TO SEND IN ALL THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK BECAUSE THE TIRE HAD A TWO YEAR WARRANTY, HOWEVER CONSUMER RECEIVED A DENIAL LETTER STATING IT WAS PAST TWO YEARS, CONSUMER ALSO EXPEREINCED TREAD SEPARATION ON A PREVIOUS TIRE.*JB (CARLISLE TIRE
