What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2001 Fleetwood Terra, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

DT: 2001 FLEETWOOD TERRA 31H. THE CONSUMER STATES THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE STEERING. WHILE DRIVING OVER A BRIDGE OR ON A ROUGH PATCH OF THE ROAD THE FRONT END SHAKES. THE FOLLOWING YEAR THIS MODEL HAS BEEN RECALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN IN TO A DEALERSHIP WHILE ON VACATION, AND THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. WHEN DRIVING HOME FROM VACATION THE PROBLEM RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEALER AGAIN AND STILL NOTHING WAS FOUND. THE VEHICLE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, BUT FLEETWOOD WILL NOT FIX THE VEHICLE. THIS HAPPENS MORE AT 55-65 MPH.*AK
