THE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE WAS ALIGNED TWICE, THE FRAME WAS STRETCHED, IT WAS OVERWEIGHT, THE REAR WHEELS RUBBED AGAINST THE FRAME AND WHEEL WELLS, AND THE SPRING U-BOLTS FAILED, ALSO THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED 2 TIRE BLOWOUTS, THIS WAS A REXHALL REXAIR 2001 ON A FORD CHASIS.*JB
