The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-750. The contact stated that while a driver was driving at various speeds, the vehicle experienced reduced power and failed to accelerate as intended. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where an unknown module was replaced under warranty; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where the vehicle was taken apart. The dealer informed the contact that there was water in the fuel system. The dealer determined that the high-pressure fuel pump and other unknown parts needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and requested the vehicle maintenance records. The maintenance records were sent to the manufacturer; however, the manufacturer denied assistance in covering the repair. The vehicle was repaired at the contact's expense.
