FELT VIBRATION IN RIGHT FRONT, NOTICE A 6 X 10 BUBBLE IN THE TREAD, TREAD BROKE LOOSE TORN UP TAIL PIPE AND RUBBER SHIELD ON SHOCK, BENDING UP RIGHT REAR QUARTER PANEL, LEFT FRONT DID THE SAME THING
THE FIRST INCIDENT OCCURRED AT HIGHWAY SPEED. THE TREAD SEPARATED FROM THE CASING. DAMAGE WAS CAUSED TO THE RIGHT REAR PANEL OF THE VAN. THE SECOND DAMAGED TIRE WAS DISCOVERED DURING A STATE OF UTAH ANNUAL SAFETY INSPECTION.( DOT NUMBER: TIRE SIZE: P235/75R15 )
