VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN THE GARAGE OVERNIGHT. THEN, CONSUMER ENTERED THE GARAGE AND SMELLED SMOKE. AFTER INSPECTING THE GARAGE HE CHECKED THE VEHICLE, AND THE SMOKE WAS COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. HE PROCEEDED TO BACK THE VEHICLE OUT OF THE GARAGE FOR FEAR IT WOULD BURN THE HOUSE, AND CALLED THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, THEY EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE. CRUISE CONTROL NHTSA RECALL 05V017000. *AK

RECALL 00 V 073 000/TRAILER HITCH ASSEMBLY: VEHICLE TRAILER FISHTAILED WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, RESULTING IN A CRASH. BOTH THE DRIVER AND THE PASSENGER WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE LOCAL HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE WITH NECK INJURIES. *AK
