Rear A/C stopped working at 8k miles. Took it in under warranty. They have zero motors in the U.S. and have not provided a solution. I can not safely transport our children or an elderly woman in 100 degree heat without A/C. They say it is still usable and will not guarantee to pay for rental.
The Ford dealer where I bought this vehicle denies that there is a safety recall for this vehicle. That is Christina, Service Depart, Auto Nation Ford, Littleton, Colorado This recall states that I should not drive the vehicle until the recall has been serviced. I am unable to get Ford to honor the recall.
