TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FOREST RIVER CHEROKEE TRAILER. THE VEHICLE HAS A DOMETIC REFRIGERATOR, MODEL RM2652. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRAILER CAUGHT FIRE. ALL THAT REMAINED FROM THE FIRE WAS THE STEEL FRAME. AN INVESTIGATION WAS UNDERWAY, BUT A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE STATE POLICE DEPARTMENT STATED THAT THE FIRE SEEMED TO ORIGINATE IN THE REFRIGERATOR AREA. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THROUGH ONLINE RESEARCH, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 08V346000. HE LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE MANUFACTURER CONCERNING THE ISSUE. THE PART NUMBER AND PURCHASE DATE WERE UNKNOWN.
