What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2004 Forest River Georgetown, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

WE BOUGHT A NEW MOTORHOME IN 2/06 AND IT HAS JUST SHUT DOWN IN TRAFFIC ON US IN 5/06 (IN A FORD REPAIR SHOP FOR A WEEK) & 6/06. WE LOST ABILITY TO STEER AND TO BRAKE, SO IT'S HUGE SAFETY HAZARD. IT'S IN A FORD REPAIR SHOP AGAIN, TODAY IS THE 11TH DAY, & THEY CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT, SO IT PROBABLY WON'T BE FIXED RIGHT AGAIN!!!!*JB
