Our database holds 2 NHTSA owner-reported complaints for the 2021 Forest River Ozark. Each one is a report filed by an owner or driver and published by NHTSA without most of them being verified. A complaint is not a confirmed defect, not a recall and not a manufacturer bulletin. Narratives are shown exactly as filed.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

we have a holding tank that has broken away from cheaply installed brackets and is coming through the bottom on the camper. Driving this is a hazard and if this had completely fallen out while we were driving over a pass it could have been fatal This is the major problem- there are many other smaller ones like trim coming off- flooring under sink collapsing. I would think if Forest River was a reputable company something would be done to fix this since the repercussions could have been catastrophic.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
