The contact owns a 2026 Forest River Sabre RV. The contact stated that on several occasions, the main entry door failed to open while attempting to enter or exit the vehicle. During the most recent issue, the contact was trapped inside the camper and was unable to exit through the door. The contact forcefully pushed the door open, causing the tempered glass window to shatter. The contact believed that the failure had originated within the locking mechanism. The dealer was notified of the failure. The camper was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unavailable. The VIN was unavailable.
