TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 GEO TRACKER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER AND DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELTS FAILED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000.
