WINDSHIELD WIPERS CONTINUE TO STOP WORKING AT ALL TIMES AND IS A SAFETY HAZARD AS I AM DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY . I AM VERY CONCERNED AS TO MY FAMILIES SAFETY AS WELL AS MY OWN. *JB
