TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 GRACO NAUTILUS CHILD SAFETY SEAT, MODEL NUMBER 1761271 (NA). THE SEAT WAS MANUFACTURED ON OCTOBER 13, 2011. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HARNESS BUCKLE OF THE FORWARD FACING CHILD SEAT BECAME IMPOSSIBLE TO RELEASE WHEN ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE THE CHILD. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN....UPDATED 07/22/15 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE MANUFACTURER SENT A NEW BUCKLE TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE ONE. UPDATED 9/21/2015 *JS

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HARNESS BUTTON WAS DIFFICULT TO RELEASE WHEN ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE THE CHILD FROM THE SEAT. THE SEAT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN.
