1 AND A HALF YEAR OLD CHILD IS ABLE TO EASILY UNBUCKLE THE CHEST LATCH, THE MATERIAL USED IS TOO SOFT (THEREBY EASILY PLIABLE BY YOUNG CHILDREN). *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A GRACO REAR FACING CHILD SEAT, MODEL NUMBER: 1778253. THE CHILD SEAT WAS BEING UTILIZED IN A 1997 HONDA CR-V. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELING, THE CHILD WAS ABLE TO TEAR A PIECE OF THE STUFFING ON THE ARM REST OF THE CHILD SEAT AND PLACE IT IN THEIR MOUTH . AS A RESULT, THE CHILD BEGAN CHOKING ON THE STUFFING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND THE CHILD SEAT WAS NOT REPLACED.
