The contact owns a 2018 Gulf Stream Vista Cruiser 19ERD. The contact stated that the frame was bent. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who determined that the hitch frame needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
