TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 GULF STREAM SUPER NOVA RV. WHILE PARKED WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING HE ATTEMPTED TO PULL DOWN THE SLIDE OUT WALL ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE DRIVERS SIDE. THE CABLES AND PULLEYS WHICH ALLOW THE SLIDE OUT WALL TO RETRACT BROKE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE IT WAS REPAIRED. THIS FAILURE RECURRED 3 ADDITIONAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER TO BE REPAIRED EACH TIME EXCEPT FOR THE RECENT OCCURRENCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,200 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 4,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
