GULF STREAM MOTORHOMES BUILT IN 2005 AND 2006 HAVE REAR VIEW MIRRORS THAT ARE MOUNTED HIGH AND FORWARD OF THE WINDSHIELD. THESE ARE VERY DISFUNCTIONAL AND LEAVE ONLY PARTIAL VIEW OF THE MIRROR WITH NO COVERAGE OF THE AREA RIGHT ASIDE OF THE MOTORHOME. THAT IS TO SAY THAT WE HAVE A LARGE DEAD SPOT WHEN CHANGING LANES.. I HAVE ONLY DRIVEN MY UNIT 2400 MILES AND ALREADY HAD INCIDENTS OF CROWDING CARS THAT WERE RIGHT ASIDE OF ME BUT UNSEEN. I HAVE MADE REQUESTS OF THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS TOLD BY THE GULF STREAM REP, "YOU BOUGHT IT, LIVE WITH IT." I AM SURE THAT IF I FORCE A CAR EITHER OFF THE ROAD OR INTO OTHER TRAFFIC, WE WILL HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF LIVING THAN THE OTHER FELLOW. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY UNSAFE SITUATION IN FAST MOVING TRAFFIC. PLEASE HELP ME CORRECT THIS FOOLISH MIRROR DESIGN THAT TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE GULF STREAM IS FAZING OUT..*NM

Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
